We are currently open for service, however with reduced operations. Due to the continuous threat of coronavirus, our priority remains to secure the safety of our customers, employees, suppliers and all those people who support Chef’s Eating House. We have put strict social distancing and additional hygiene measures in place. Please follow the safety and social distancing procedures we have implemented, to keep both you and our employees safe. We need your help – unless you are exempt, the law requires you to wear a face covering when visiting our shop; please also use the hand sanitisers provided.
We have staggered staff’s shift times and have fewer people in the kitchen and front of house to ensure a safer working environment. We have also introduced a daily COVID-19 Risk Assessment, including temperature checks with contactless thermometers. The team has also been provided with additional protective equipment, including face coverings and disposal aprons for our sandwich van.
We also deep-cleaned our shop before opening and continue to clean surfaces and equipment even more regularly throughout the day.
We currently provide only delivery and takeaway/collection services and have also increased our delivery zone to within a 3-mile radius to minimise the number of customers coming into the shop. We also have a sandwich van which goes round the industrial estate.
